    Hide Glue

    A small pack of Hide Glue. This is the correct glue for use on violins whether making or repairing. There is sufficient in one pack to glue at least two violins and repair many more. It comes in a granular form and easily dissolves in hot water.

  • Neck Clamp

    Neck Clamp

    Clever Plastic Clamp used to hold the fingerboard to the neck whilst gluing. You can do the job without these but they make it so much easier to accurately hold the fingerboard in just the right place while the glues sets. Ideally you need at least two of them.

    A Chinrest Wrench. Forget about all those flimsy bits of wire for tightening and loosening chinrest barrels. This little tool will never let you down. Nicely Chromium plated and very strong, the little spike that goes into the hole in the Chinrest barrel is just the right length and will not protrude far beyond the barrel so eliminating the chances of scratching the Violin Varnish in that area.   • End Pin Clamp

    End Pin Clamp

    End Pin Clamp. This tool clamps onto an end pin and really helps to remove a stuck one without damaging it. It's also very useful for holding a new end pin while you adjust the thickness and taper to fit it to a violin. Made of polished aluminium and very good value.
